BI-METALLIC BARRELS

According to the requirements from our customers we cover inner surfaces of our Barrels by a special cetrifugal  covering methode with highly corrosion and abrasion resistant powders that submits 5 times longer lifetime compared with classical hardfacing methodes.

Newly devloped polymeres , engineering plastics and additives causes barrel deformation that means higher costs, looseing time.

Generally longer lifetime is expected from barrels in another saying hiher wear resistance. For that reason the most effective methode for wear resistance is to cover the surfaces with wear resistant metallic layer which we call them bi Metallic covers.
